Toastmasters 1808 - San Diego, CA

 TM 1808 Mentor Assignments

Our primary goals at Toastmasters are to provide Members with the opportunity to develop their speaking and leadership skills.  At Toastmasters 1808, new Members are assigned a Mentor. The role of the Mentor is to provide guidance and assistance, so that the newer Member may take full advantage of the Toastmaster experience to achieve their personal goals and objectives.  Mentors will be assigned upon election in order to assist the new Member with their initial Icebreaker speech. The Mentor will also help the new Member become familiar the Toastmaster meeting roles and protocols.
